• Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT):

    Rational emotive behavior therapy aims at changing maladaptive believes into more adaptive and rational ones. It feels that most of our problems arise from distorted thinking patterns.

  • The main components of this approach are as follows:
    It allows clients to acknowledge that we largely create our own emotional distress and accepting that we can change these disturbances significantly and developing an insight that our distresses come largely from irrational beliefs;
    It helps participants to identify these core beliefs and understand their thinking patterns.
    It also help participants understand and change rationally by disputing the irrational.

  • Number of sessions
    Participant will be offered upto 12 -15 sessions varying upon the participant's response

  • Duration of sessions: The session will last from 90 minutes to 120 minutes.
